Chill Remedy’s CBD DROPS line has been designed to offer a light, biologically tested and high-quality CBD oil.
Light CBD oil drops are produced with the best naturally grown sativa cannabis, without chemicals and preservatives. The product is odorless and tasteless and is free of allergens, heavy metals, mold and toxins.
Depending on your needs, products with different concentrations of CBD are proposed.
The 5% oil drops are designed for those looking for an oil with a lighter CBD concentration.

INTENSITY:
Light CBD oil has been analyzed in all its chemical components and all stages of the production process have been checked for maximum quality and safety. It was obtained through the mixing of 15 ml of fractionated coconut oil (MCT) and 750 mg of Cannabidiol (CBD) extracted from hemp leaves. The ingredients, cold extracted without solvents, are pure and natural. It does not contain THC, chemicals, additives or other impurities.
It is advisable to store the product in a cool and dry place, far away from heat sources and protected from direct light.

MILAN
The delivery of the products will take place at the chosen and indicated time, even with the possibility of receiving them within 60 minutes from the date of confirmation of the order without any additional costs.
The delivery is free for orders of equal to or above 30€; for lower orders, it is determined by the delivery areas corresponding to the address entered during the ordering in the shopping cart:
- Area 1: 2.50€ for orders lower than 30€
- Area 2: 3.50€ for orders lower than 30€
- Area 3: 4.50€ for orders lower than 30€
For the areas not covered in the above areas, the cost of delivery is 6.00€ for orders lower than 30€ and delivery will take place within 24 working hours of the confirmation date. For urgent delivery requests within the order day, send an email to customer-care@chillremedy.com who will show you the extra-costs and the delivery time.
Our Drivers work every day from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Delivery may be delayed during weekends due to the possible increase in requests.
Discretion and anonymity are guaranteed to protect personal privacy and shipping content.
ITALY
The shipping cost is of 7.90€ and 9.90€ for the Islands, packing fees included.
Free shipping for orders equal or higher than 65€
Orders placed by 3 p.m. are shipped the same day; after that time, the shipment will take place the next day.
Transport on the territory is entrusted to express courier and the delivery will take place in 24/72 working hours, except for the Islands, from the date of confirmation of the order. Delivery times are in any case indicative and may vary during holidays and/or according to the destination to be reached. However, any delays will only be attributable to the courier.
It is recommended to check the correspondence of the recipient’s data and the integrity of the package at the time of receipt: any discrepancies or damages must, in fact, be immediately reported by “confidential signature” on the transport document, as well as at the same time reported by email to Chill Remedy to which any non-compliance of the products should also be communicated.
Couriers do not deliver over the weekends and public holidays.

EUROPE
For shipments to Europe, a request must be made by e-mail to info@chillremedy.com or contact: (+39) 3518880212 and Chill Remedy employees will respond by indicating the timing and cost of the shipment which will entirely be charged to the recipient.
Payments
You can make payments in the following ways:
Credit Card | Debit Card | Rechargeable Card: payment by credit, debit or rechargeable card is made through the Viva Wallet circuit to ensure greater security in transactions.
Bank Transfer: the date of confirmation of the order must be understood as the credit value date of the transfer. If the transfer is not credited within 5 business days of the order request, the order request will be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery: payment is made directly to the courier and only through cash with an additional cost of 3€. Cash: only in Milan you can pay cash directly to the Driver at the time of delivery.

The products are marketed by Chill Remedy in full compliance with the relevant legislation. They do not contain active ingredients suitable for producing drug-taking effects. Content of THC ≤ 0,5 % and ≤ 10 mg.
